Availability - Rates
Our stated tariffs are adjusted up to accommodate 8 people sharing the house during one week.
A non-refundable deposit of a 30 % of the rental cost must be paid
within 7 days of making your provisional reservation. For any
booking done less than 4 weeks before the arrival, a full price
payment is required at the confirmation time.
In addition a refundable damage & breakage deposit of €300 is
payable with the rental balance 4 weeks prior to the
commencement of the booking period.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
